Return to an order of the House, dated 18th June 1819; for copy of the report of a board of inquiry, held on the conduct of Deputy Storekeeper General Smith, by Messrs. Barker, Palmer & Williams, deputy storekeepers general; also, copies of the medical certificates furnished by him when placed on half pay; and a copy of a letter received from him, announcing his intention to give up his half pay in December 1816.
