A bill for amending and altering an act passed in the thirty-fifth year of His Present Majesty, intituled, "an act to prevent the removal of poor persons until they shall become actually chargeable," so far as relates to the suspension of orders of removal of vagrants passes; and also for repealing so much of an act of the eighth and ninth of King William the Third, as relates to poor persons wearing badges.
