A bill to repeal so much of an act, passed in the Parliament of Ireland, in the third year of the reign of His Present Majesty, intituled, "an act for the better regulation of the linen and hemp manufactures," as takes away the benefit of clergy from felons convicted of stealing cloth from bleaching grounds; and for more effectualy preventing such felonies.
