A bill to repeal an act, passed in the last session of Parliament, intituled, "an act for repealing several acts for establishing regulations respecting aliens arriving in this kingdom, or resident therein, in certain cases, and for substituting other provisions in lieu thereof;" and to establish regulations respecting aliens arriving in this kingdom, or residing therein, in certain cases, during the present hostilities.
