An abstract of the deed of conveyance or lease to the Board of Ordnance of the lands of Ballincollig in the county of Cork, in Ireland; specifying,--the date of such deed or lease; the number of acres thereby conveyed; the amount of the purchase money or rent reserved, and the term for which the grant was made. Also, particulars of any sum or sums of money, which may have been placed to the credit of the Board of Ordnance, or received by them, on account of the rent or produce of such part of the said lands as are not occupied by the gunpowder manufactory, or other buildings erected on the said lands, under the authority of the said board.
