Return to an order of the Honourable House of Commons, dated the 22d February 1811;--for the dates of the last warrants and bills signed by His Majesty, to authorize the issue of money from the Exchequer, for the service of the army, navy, and ordnance, respectively;--and likewise, of the dates and descriptions of any warrants under His Majesty's royal sign manual, to the Treasury or Exchequer, for the issue of any other monies, bearing date on or after the 25th day of October 1810:--&c.
