Return of the effective strength of the regular and militia forces, on the 1st July 1807, and on the 1st February 1808; distinguishing cavalry, regular infantry, artillery, and militia:--stating also, the number of militia men enrolled in the respective counties previous to the 1st of February last, as far as the same can be ascertained, which are not included in the return of that date, not having joined at head quarters.
