A copy of two letters, written by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, to His Majesty's Lieutenant of the county of Hertford; respecting the establishment of the militia;--of the respective dates of the 21st of November 1807, and 16th August 1810:--also, a list of the counties of England and Wales, to the lieutenants of which, similar letters were, at or about either of those times, addressed respectively; stating the number of corporals and privates therein fixed as part of the establishment of the militia of each county.
