A return prepared, in pursuance of an address of the House of Commons to His Majesty, of the 24th April 1804; "that he would be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, copies of all representations made by the Commissioners of the Treasury in Ireland to the Lord Lieutenant, for obtaining some sufficient grant, or authority, under the great or privy seal, or sign manual of His Majesty, Kings letter, or Kings warrant, for paying money to officers, or other persons, for public service, in Great Britain, since the 1st January 1801: together with a copy of every such grant or authority.
