An account of the number of neutral vessels which have come, or have been brought into any port or place in England, under the operation of the orders of council of the 11th November 1807, to the latest period to which the same can be made up; specifying the countries to which the said vessels belong, and distinguishing those vessels which commenced their voyages prior to the period when notice of the said orders is held to have been received: distinguishing also, those vessels which, having come into a port of Great Britain, in conformity to the said orders, have been allowed to proceed to their original ports of destination, or to any other port, under certificate, or otherwise.
