A bill for charging the sum of twelve millions, part of the loan of twelve millions two hundred thousand pounds, raised for the service of Great Britain for the year one thousand eight hundred and seven, upon the duties of customs and excise, granted to His Majesty during the continuance of the present war, and for certain periods after the ratification of a definitive treaty of peace; and for providing a sinking fund for the redemption of the stocks or funds thereby created.
