(Militia.) An account of the number of men raised in each county or riding, for the militia, by beat of drum, during the year 1810;--also, an account of the number of men raised by ballot, in each county or riding, for the militia, in 1810; distinguishing the number of balloted men and that of substitutes;--also, an account of the average half bounty, ordered by the lieutenancy of each county or riding, to be paid to each man balloted to serve in the militia, in 1810;--and, an account of the number and amount of fines assessed by the quarter sessions of each county or riding, for deficiencies in the militia, specifying whether the same have been levied, or remitted:--as far as the same can be made out from the returns which have been received at the Office of the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
