A bill, intituled, an act further to extend and render more effectual certain provisions of an act, passed in the 12th year of the reign of His Late Majesty King George the First, intituled, "an act to prevent frivolous and vexatious arrests;" and of an act, passed in the 5th year of the reign of His Majesty King George the Second, to explain amend and render more effectual the said former act; and of two acts, passed in the 19th and 43rd years of the reign of His Present Majesty, extending the provisions of the said former acts.
