- Dated: "From the Meeting for Sufferings in London, the sixth day of the seventh month, 1751".
- Concerned with an adjustment of the Quaker calendar to fit the yearly reckoning adopted by the British Parliament in 1751.
- In the present edition p. 2-4 are numbered, and the first line of text reads "Pursuant to the directions of the last yearly meeting.".
- There are two settings of both formes. The outer formes (p. 1 and 4) are distinguished by "Great-Britain"/"Great Britain" in the drop-head title, the inner formes (p. 2 and 3) by the footnotes on p. 3 being 2 lines/1 line. Copies show the settings in a variety of combinations, i.e. mixed sheets.
