- Summary:
- Just before the harvest, a farmer's prized bull falls into a leopard trap and suffers a broken leg. With the loss of the crop looming, the farmer prepares to sell the bull to the village butcher. But the farmer's seven-year-old son Tingya feels a strong bond with the beast, and begins an uphill battle to save the bull. A story of devotion, the film is also intended as a parable on the hardships faced by small farmers in India's recent past.
