Summary:
In the framework of algebraic supergeometry, Fioresi (information science, U. of Bologna) and Gavarini (mathematics, U. Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg) construct the scheme-theoretic supergeometric analogue of split reductive algebraic group-schemes, namely affine algebraic superroups associated to simple Lie superalgebras of classical types. They consider all Lie superalgebras, both basic and strange, to provide a unified approach to most of the algebraic supergroups treated so far in the literature, and an effective method for constructing new ones.
