Biography/History:

Burton J. Kollock, undertaker, was born in 1823 to D. N. Kollock (see Lesser). Kollock's funeral home was located at 716 S. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Burton Kollock was married to Margaret Kollock, and they had two children, David and Maggie Kollock.

This leather-bound ledger of Philadelphia undertaker Burton J. Kollock contains the services performed and expenses incurred for funeral arrangements. The ledger dates from January 1864 to December 1867 on 524 numbered pages.
