Claims for damages caused by vessels of the Lighthouse Service. Communication from the President of the United States, transmitting a supplemental estimate of appropriation for the Department of Commerce for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1923, for settlement of claims for damages occasioned by collisions for which the vessels of the Light-house Service are responsible, payment of which is authorized under section 4 of the act of June 17, 1910 (36 Stat. 537), in the sum of $106.75.
