Letter from the Secretary of War, transmitting request that section 73, paragraph 36 of the Printing Act of January 12, 1895 (28 Stats., P. 616) be amended so as to permit of the printing and distribution of 1,000 copies of "Tests of Metals" instead of 500 copies as provided under the present law.
