Estimate of appropriation, State Department, International Committee Aerial Legal Experts. Message from the President of the United States transmitting with a recommendation for favorable consideration a report from the Secretary of State to the end that Public Resolution 118, 71st Congress, be amended so as to authorize an annual appropriation to pay the pro rata share of the United States in the expenses of the International Technical Committee of Aerial Legal Experts in the sum of $6,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary.
