Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting tentative draft of proposed amendment to the urgent deficiency bill, the unexpended balance of the appropriation "for miscellaneous repairs to laundry, new roof, and so forth, damaged by fire, for the fiscal year 1917," made in the deficiency appropriation act approved September 8, 1916, is hereby reappropriated and made available for the fiscal year 1918.
