- Culture Class Collection copy has ms. numeral ("42.") in outer head margin of title leaf.
- Culture Class Collection copy: last leaf detached; rectangular portion/segment of tail inner margin of all leaves excised; title leaf dampstained in tail margin.
- Culture Class Collection copy has large hole in lower portion of leaf ):o:(6 mended with a blank leaf; some loss of text on recto. Remains of red shellac(?) on verso suggest that a seal was once affixed here, as do ovals of print offsetting in the corresponding portions of the other leaves.
