Letter from the Secretary of War transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, dated March 18, 1946, submitting an interim report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on a preliminary examination and survey of streams draining into the Great Salt Lake and the Great Basin, Utah and Nevada, covering flood control on the Jordan River at Salt Lake City, Utah, and Little Valley Wash at Magna, Utah.
