Letter from the Secretary of War transmitting letter from the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, dated September 28, 1945, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations on a cooperative beach erosion study of the Lake Michigan Shore Line of Milwaukee County, Wis. This investigation was made under the provisions of section 2 of the River and Harbor Act approved on July 3, 1930, and an Act of Congress approved on June 26, 1936.
