Report on the tenth session of the General Assembly of the United Nations by Hon. Brooks Hays, Arkansas Hon. Chester E. Merrow, New Hampshire of the Committee on Foreign Affairs pursuant to H. Res. 91, a resolution authorizing the Committee on Foreign Affairs to conduct a full and complete investigation of matters relating to the laws, regulations, directives, and policies including personnel pertaining to the Department of State and such other departments and agencies engaged primarily in the implementation of United States foreign policy and the overseas operations, personnel, and facilities of departments and agencies of the United States which participate in the development and execution of such policy.
