Neah Bay, Wash. Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated June 26, 1953, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and an illustration, on a review of reports on Neah Bay, Wash., with a view to determining if the existing project should be modified in any way at this time; also with a view to determining the amount of erosion damage caused by the construction of the breakwater and the advisability of making reparations therefor. This investigation was requested by a resolution of the Committee on Rivers and Harbors, House of Representatives, adopted on June 7, 1945.
