Withdrawing and restoring to its previous status under the control of the Territory of Hawaii certain Hawaiian homelands required for the use of the Board of Water Supply of the City and County of Honolulu for the location of a water shaft, pump station, and tunnel, and amending section 203 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, so as to confer upon certain lands of Auwaiolimu, Kewalo-Uka, and Kalawahine, on the island of Oahu, T. H., the status of Hawaiian homelands.
