Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated May 4, 1962, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on a review of the reports on, and a survey of the harbors on the Mississippi River between the mouth of the Missouri River and Minneapolis, Minnesota, requested by resolutions of the Committee on Public Works, United States Senate, adopted March 4, 1947, and August 26, 1955, and by a resolution of the Committee on Public Works, House of Representatives, adopted April 22, 1947. It is also in review of reports on surveys authorized by the River and Harbor Acts approved March 2, 1945, and July 24, 1946, and the Flood Control Act approved July 24, 1946.
