Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated August 14, 1961, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on a feasibility report on Gering Valley, Nebraska. This investigation was made in response to an item in Public Law 86-645, approved July 14, 1960, which authorizes modification of the previously authorized project for Gering and Mitchell Valleys, Nebraska, to provide for such revisions in project scope and purpose due to changed conditions as may be found necessary by the Chief of Engineers.
