- Niẓām al-Dīn al-Nīsābūrī's commentary on Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī's recension of Ptolemy's Almagest. A leaf is likely missing after the first leaf.

- Collation: Paper, 213 + i. Catchwords on each leaf, lower left verso.
- Layout: Written in 29 long lines.
- Script: Written in a naskh script by Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Ḥasan (colophon, f. 213r).
- Decoration: Large astronomical diagram in black ink on iridescent ground (f. 156r); numerous small astronomical diagrams and a few tables (f. 18v-19v) in red ink, some diagrams with additions in gold; a few rubrications in gold, though they end close to the beginning of the text, and blank spaces have been left; overlining in red.
- Binding: Dark brown leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II); blind-stamped mandorla on covers and flap; plain paper doublure.
- Origin: Possibly written in Persia, now Iran, dated 13 Dhū al-Qaʻdah, A.H. 813 (18 March 1411, colophon, f. 213r).
