- Documents from England, Africa, the West Indies, India and substantial papers concerning the American Civil War. Includes the Wilson Anti-Slavery Collection, a large series of 19th century pamphlets, donated by H.G. Wilson, member of Parliament for Sheffield (England). Much of the material is extremely rare. The American Civil War materials include items from Boston, New York, Philadelphia and the Rochester Ladies' Anti-Slavery Association. Bulk range of the collection is 1878-1860.
