Pagination: volume 1: vi, vii, [1], 407, [1] pages, [1], XV leaves of plates ; volume 2: [2], vii, [1], 388 pages, XVI-XXVI leaves of plates (plate XXII numbered XXI).
Seven of the plates were drawn or engraved by the author; plate XII is printed in red.
