Summary:
This book by Azerbaijani historian Mammad Said Ordubadi (1872-1950) was completed in 1908, published in 1911, and published again in 1990, despite its history of censorship. It is now published for the first time in English. Ordubadi used modern methods of historical-sociological research based on reports of first-hand witnesses of events and on newspaper and periodical accounts of the period. Covering conflict and negotiations, the book allows readers to trace the reasons and consequences of the Armenian-Muslim clashes. The book is distributed in the US by ISBS.
