The text was composed in Van Dijck types of Mackenzie-Harris and the binding was done by the inimitable E.G. Parrot. The paper for the sides was designed by magister Eberhadt and the Index was compiled by that sterling bookman, raconteur and man about town, Howell J. Heaney. This is copy number [blank]"--Colophon.
