Penn Libraries copy has early ms. ownership inscription ("Ex libris Principissa Piccolominia Bibliotheca Slakoverdensis Piarum Scholarum") of the library of the Piarist college in Schlackenwerth (now Ostrov, Czech Republic), founded in 1666 and disbanded in 1876, on title leaf; largely illegible autograph ("J[...] [...]uffo[?]") in brown ink at foot of title leaf of first work in volume.
Penn Libraries copy has early ms. marginal note on leaf I1v.
Penn Libraries copy bound in a vellum Latin ms. bifolium (probably containing Latin glosses on Gregory's Decretals: upper board: lib. 2, tit. 27, cap. 11-20; lower board: lib. 3, tit. 4, cap. 6-13, 16-17; tit. 5, cap. 4-9) with frame ruling visible and text written in brown ink in 2 columns of 36 lines (first line below top line of ruling) with red rubric, initials, paragraph marks, and underlines; ms. paper spine label ("3081").
