- Long rolled document containing the deed of sale of a house by Biagio di Giovanni di Leone Cattani to Niccolò di Giovanni da Legri, both of Florence. Following the sale, Lena, daughter of Azzino di Gherardo and widow of Giovanni di Leone Cattani, gives permission to the sale and waives her rights to the property. Notarized by Pietro di Pietro on 3 May 1414. Filed with the document is a short, later summary written in Italian on paper.
