Summary:
Long rolled document written in the first person and notarized by notary Amedeo Zamboni Meliorati on 24 December 1308 containing a copy of the verdict issued by judge Gargeto da Cesena of Faenza after a long trial involving Martino di Ruggero del Salto on one side, and Corsino di Jacopino Scalelli and Faustino di Scola on the other. The litigants could not agree on the payment for some pieces of land located in the Faenza area. Filed with the document is a short, later summary written in Italian on paper.
