Leaves A1-CC6 each has early ms. foliation ("1"-"383") in head outer corner; early ms. index in 2 columns in black ink with red underlines, column divisions, capital strokes and ornaments on leaf CC6v, back free endpaper and back pastedown; early ms. marginal note on leaf Ss2r; a few early ms. underlines and marginal marks in brown ink in text. Binding: full early leather; boards tooled in blind; 3 raised bands on spine. Title leaf mended at tail outer corner with a blank leaf.
