Summary:
Girls beware: Classic women are victims film. It teaches young girl how to avoid getting picked up by men. In four case histories, the dangers of girls' falling prey to molesters is shown. Describes baby-sitting do's and don'ts and girl pick-up situations.
Boys beware: A film warning children against homosexuals, claiming that they are pedophiles preying on young school children. A police officer explains the many techniques homosexuals (sexual predators) may use on children such as praise, companionship, money, presents and becoming over personal to win over a child's trust.
Sex madness: The evils of loose living and "unbridled lust" in promoting syphilis are detailed in campy, overacted vignettes. The danger of consulting quacks for quick cures and the importance of getting competent medical help are melodramatically underscored. One of the first films from the 1930s that pushed the norms by discussing lesbians and STDs.
To the people of the United States: This film stresses the intensity of the problem of syphilis by numbers of cases and cost in dollars and heartaches. Shown are the importance and relative ease of detection and cure, and a comparison to Denmark's syphilis program. Features a young Robert Mitchum in a dramatized sequence in the role of a soldier.
Molly grows up: When Molly has her first period Mom's there to explain everything. Even still, the school nurse explains the details to Molly and the rest of her female classmates on such issues as the menstrual cycle and other physical manifestations of puberty.
