- Francis Childs and John Swaine were printers to the Congress at Philadelphia from 1791 to 1794. This is probably a working paper of the Third Congress, printed in 1793 or 1794. Recorded by Bristol among imprints for 1794, and twice among imprints for 1798. The entries for 179 suggest variants with and without colophon; both copies listed have the colophon.
