The act of the present session which empowers the commissioners of stamps to stamp bills of Exchange in certain cases. And, among a variety of other acts of general concern, the bill for suspending the Habeas Corpus act, the New Penny-Post regulations, and the Act for the Due Observance of the Lord's day.
