Case of the parish of Kirkcaldy. The honourable magistrates and counsellors, to the number of nineteen, with seventeen heritors and elders, callers of the Reverend Mr. George Kay, in whose favours a royal presentation was granted, appellants. One magistrate, seven counsellors, twenty three called heritors, and four elders, callers of the Reverend Mr. David Marshal, respondents. The appellants case. To be heard at the Bar of the General Assembly met in May 1741.
