Addenda to the justice of the peace's pocket-companion : Being a summary account of such matters as often happen before justices of the peace; such as warrants distresses, warrants to high constables, petty constables, hue and cry, appointments of surveyors of the hightways; with the general duty of a surveyor, as was not inserted in the first impression. Also the duty of the office of overseers of the poor an[d] churc-wardens, inserted in their warrant of appointment, in which is contained the oath of a justice of the peace, the particular fees every justice of the peace's clerk shall take after the 24th of June 1753.
