Signed: An independent freeholder.
An election handbill supporting Grogan and Flood in the Irish Parliamentary elections for County Wexford in 1790. Both candidates seem to have been unsuccessful; Grogan was the member for Enniscorthy in County Wexford 1783-1790, whilst Flood was the member for Enniscorthy 1776-1783 and for Ardfert in County Kerry 1783-1790.
