Pursuant to an order of the High Court of Chancery, dated the 15th of December last, directed to George Warburton, Esq; one of the masters, of the said court, to join with Mr. Anthony Parker, guardian to Mr. John Parker, a lunatick, in letting his estate. This is to give notice that on Monday, the 12th day of February next, at 6 in the evening, at the Chancery-Chamber, Dublin, the said estate will be put up, and set either by the whole, or in parcels, as shall be tho't best for the lunatick's interest, at an acreable rent, to the highest bidder, or bidders for the same, for the term of 7 years, from the 25th day of March next: ...
