Offering rewards at the following rates for the apprehension of returned rebels and papists: £50 for every titular archbishop or bishop, temporal peer, or general officer of the army, £30 for every field-officer, £20 for every vicar-general, dean, or captain, £10 for every Jesuit, friar, monk, lieutenant, cornet or ensign, £5 for every non-commissioned officer and private soldier.
