Proceedings of a general court martial, held in the Barracks of Dublin, on Monday the 30th of March, and continued by adjournment to the 6th of April, 1795 : In pursuance of a warrent from the Right Hon. General Cunninghame, commander in chief, dated the 24th day of March, 1795, by virute of a warrent from His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant, general and General Governor of Ireland. In consequence of certain charges preferred under a Court of Enquiry, by the Royal Dublin Regiment of Militia, against Richard O'Meara, Esq. captain and adjutant of the said regiment. Together with the sentence of the court-martial, fully and honourably acquitting the said Captain O'Meara of the charges alleged against him. To which is annexed, the censure of the court on the prosecutors.
