The Hull tragedy: or, Unnatural ingratitude. : Being a full and true account how Sir Peter Symonds a wealthy knight near Hull, weded a rich merchants daughter from london who had a black a-more maid: who giving her a box o'the ear, she in revenge told lies of her lady and the groom which made Sir Peter (through jealousy kill'em both. How his Ladys Ghost haunted him and came one night to his bed side, telling him his maids treachery and bid him prepare for death the next day, when embracing his babes with floods of tears taking his last farewell of them, he first slew the black-a-more and then himself. To which is added the funeral sermon preached by the Rev Mr. Higgs Rector of Hull in Yorkshire the next Sunday after, on James 3. 6.
