The reasons for sustaining the claims of personal creditors of forfeiting persons, tho' the bonds and other vouchers of the debts were not upon record before committing the treason. As the same were pled before, and humbly offered to the Honourable Commissioners and Trustees of the forfeited estates in Scotland, in the case of the governour and Company of the Bank of Scotland their claim upon the estates of Southesque and Balnamoon, by the counsel for the said governour and company.
