A further report of the commissioners and trustees appointed to execute the several trusts and powers in England and Ireland, and elsewhere, (except Scotland) contained in several acts of Parliament, for appointing commissioners to enquire of the estates of certain traytors, and of popish recusants, and of estates given to popish or superstitious uses, in order to raise money out of them severally for the use of the publick; and for vesting the forfeited estates in Great Britain and Ireland in trustees, to be sold for the use of the publick; and for giving relief to lawful creditors, by determining the claims; and for the more effectual bringing into the respective exchequers, the rents and profits of the said estates 'till sold. : Presented to the Honourable House of Commons; Friday the 24th day of February, 1720. Publish'd by order of the House of Commons.
